We are currently looking to fill the position of CRM Manager, based in Sindelfingen.

 

As our CRM Manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing the global CRM activation/retention strategy at Stokke by providing our customers with relevant and personalized interaction with our brand. Working closely with our IT department to connect all customer data across the company for data-driven CRM campaigns is playing an important role. The goal of delivering best-in-class customer experience, primarily through email marketing but also across channels, with a strong focus on building our database through active lead generation but also on increasing customer lifetime value and converting customers into brand ambassadors, is waiting for your great ambition to take Stokke CRM to the next level.

 

These are the responsibilities:

  • Leading the overall CRM and email activities at Stokke
  • Further development of our holistic CRM Strategy to ensure consistent user experiences and standardized processes that are brand compliant and technology advanced
  • Driving our lead generation strategy for a continuous growth of our CRM database
  • Further development of the CRM eco system in close collaboration with IT
  • Responsible for building long-term customer relationships through best-in class customer journeys and retention experiences, especially through personalized and automated multi-channel CRM campaigns
  • Global and local CRM campaign planning and execution as well as continuous KPI analysis of campaign results
  • Planning and setting up automated journeys with the support of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud agency
  • Producing well-designed HTML emails with clear messaging and CTA
  • Testing, monitoring, and reporting of all CRM campaigns
  • Management of Stokke's Ratings & Reviews and NPS program
  • CRM stakeholder for GDPR-related topics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, e-Commerce or comparable
  • 5+ years experience in CRM and Digital Marketing, ideally in an e-Commerce business environment
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, additional experience wirh other salesforce services (Sales/Service Cloud, Interaction Studio, Datorama) is an advantage
  • Business fluent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Experienced in working in interdisciplinary and multi-cultural teams
  • Customer centric and data-driven mindset with a very good understanding of CRM systems and processes
  • Experience in mnagin projects with multiple stakeholders like IT, Marketing, e-Commerce, legal, Retail, external agencies
  • Experience in mananing customer ratings & reviews and NPS programs
  • Expert knowledge of GDPR in the context of CRM activities
  • Basic knowledge of HTMl and SQL is an advantage
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think proactivel, creatively problem solve, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
