We are currently looking to fill the open position Market Research Lead, based in Sindelfingen. ​​​​​​​

The Market Research Lead is responsible for generating insights and validating concepts for the innovation and marketing department. This position will be leading in all market research activities from explorative research and validation activities to customer segmentation studies, brand trackers and market data analysis.  



  • Strategically drive the consumer insights agenda of Stokke 
  • Conduct market research to generate insights and validate communication and product concepts 
  • Plan, setup and conduct focus groups and consumer interviews to generate 1st hand consumer insights  
  • Provide consumer insights for development of campaign brief together with the brand team to ensure Stokke's campaigns resonate with the target audience 
  • Setup and conduct research to test marketing campaign concepts and communication measures 
  • Identify new market, consumer and technology trends to generate compelling, actionable insights 
  • Coach and support teams to identify new market / consumer trends and translate them into actionable product and communication directions for primary and secondary research on industry trends and market changes to generate insights for upper management 
  • Define research plans for all market research activities within Stokke 
  • Collect, analyze and synthesize data (qual. / quant.) on market trends and market development for senior management
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the Front-End, Product Management, Design and Marketing team to discover emerging product and experience opportunities



  • A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent relevant education
  • 5-8 years’ experience in market research and consumer insights 
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging consumer insights to drive business results 
  • Experienced in lean startup business testing and data-driven market research methodologies 
  • Experienced with developing research proposals, questionnaire designs and analysis etc. or related marketing analysis would be highly preferred 
  • Worked with NPS, customer interviews, market sizing and market intelligence 
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical topics effectively to business stakeholders
  • Experienced with Qualtrics and similar market research tools
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English
