Conversion Rate Optimization / Merchandising Specialist

As a CRO Merchandising Specialist you will be responsible for championing the on-site personalization and conversion rate optimization for stokke.com online shops globally. You're someone who knows how to leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in the conversion funnel and can lead a program of iterative experimentations and testing. Knowing how to transform the user data into scalable personalization and recommendations solutions will see you succeed in this role. You understand how to balance customer-centricity with business needs and impact, and you're a strong communicator who can easily convey technical hypotheses to non-technical colleagues and inspire and engage them with your program of work.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic plans and drive planning cycles outlining the personalisation, testing and CRO strategies for stokke.com
  • Implement tactics that drive rapid improvements to KPI’s
  • Oversee the optimization of the on-site search and sorting & product recommendations using hybrid and machine learning
  • Run quantitative A/B tests, including test design & implementation for A/B and multivariate testing;
  • Continuously improve site-search and sorting
  • Support cross-organisational campaign planning for maximum efficiency and CRO best practices
  • Coordinate tasks to maintain the data quality
  • Continuous optimization and monitoring of all relevant search KPIs
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis and use insights to support recommendations with a test and learn methodology

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years specialised experience with conversion rate optimization programs in a retail ecommerce or similar environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing recommendations and personalisation engines
  • Hands-on experience in the field of onsite search is a plus
  • Experience with key data and CRO platforms such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize. Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience strongly recommended
  • Strong sense of curiosity for understanding users and passion for online shopping experiences, UX, UI, and visual site merchandising
  • Understanding of relevant technologies including product & customer data, content management systems, and machine learning
  • Excellent written and presentation abilities. Effectively able to communicate to a broad audience
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Have a proven ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to get results across a broad cross functional team
