We are currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the location is flexible.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for the complete hiring cycle and works with aim of acquiring talent in line with the current needs and longer term strategic ambitions. As part of the Global HR team, this role is responsible for creating the process for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in Stokke. Furthermore, the TAS is a key stakeholder in the internal Talent Development Program and owns Online Employer Branding.

These are the main job responsibilities :

As part of the Global HR team you work closely with the training team and the local HR functions as the subject matter expert for:

Talent Acquisition

  • Define and execute the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure the teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of talent
  • Run online employer branding initiatives 
  • Create and update processes in hiring, recruiting and onboarding 
  • Write job descriptions and job advertisements, screen CV´s and lead interviews


  • Manage and regularly update recruiting documentation and materials (offer letters, templates, policies & processes)
  • Monitor all hiring activity, including ad hoc reporting and provide data and analysis for weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring updates

These are the requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with Online Employer Branding and Talent Management
  • Professional fluency in English, additional European languages are an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good business knowledge with a commercial mindset

  • Ability to work independently and have a flexible attitude
  • Sociable, easy going and good at building relations
