Customer Service Representative USCA

This is a challenging role which will require you to provide premium service to both customers as well as retailers and build relationships to make a lasting positive impression.

The scope of the role is frontline support for both Retailers and Consumers, ranging from “Order desk” functions to product related support and administrative tasks in the contractual area.

Some of the key responsibilities are the following:

  • Answer, process, and track orders from customers by phone/email/chat and social media
  • Follow up of orders / check open order list every day (resolve and or/eliminate backlogs)
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and communicate/escalate urgent findings
  • Advise customers about features, benefits, and other details of products
  • Handle transport and product claims and RMAs from customers
  • Provide support for EDI customers for US/CAN accounts
  • Maintain customer data in ERP System (M3) and in the CRM system (SF) to ensure 100% accuracy


  • Native English speaker however, fluency in another language us a big plus particularly Spanish
  • Strong PC user experience (preferably Microsoft Office)
  • Experience working with Excel and pivots
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Collaborative team player
  • Proactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
  • Self-starter with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of EDI systems or experience is plus
