Take Responsibility, The Position:

As a member of the global eCommerce team at Stokke, the eCommerce Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation of our online sales platforms. They develop and implement innovative solutions and services in the areas of logistics, stock management and product personalisation, in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimise the customer experience and drive business growth.

 Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Order Fulfilment:

  • Manage the entire order fulfilment process, including order processing, inventory allocation, and shipping.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the e-commerce operations setup globally.
  • Optimize processes from checkout to post-purchase ensuring a seamless consumer journey.
  • Collaborate with Stokke’s in-house Supply Chain and Logistics teams to create cutting-edge delivery solutions.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends in eCommerce logistics.
  • Adapt strategies to meet current and future customer expectations.

Stock Synchronization:

  • Monitor stock levels across all eCommerce channels.
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels in cooperation with Stokke’s Supply Chain team to prevent cancellations and missed business opportunities.

Product Personalization:

  • Take ownership of Stokke’s global personalization machines.

Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless customisation of products

Better Together, The Ideal Profile:

We are seeking a candidate with a solid educational foundation, preferably holding a university degree in eCommerce, Business Administration, IT, Business Informatics, Operations and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in eCommerce logistics or supply chain operations, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This experience should include hands-on involvement in the coordination, operational control, and monitoring of external service providers involved in fulfillment processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and performance standards.

  • Effective Task Prioritization: The candidate should possess the ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring that critical activities are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Consumer-Centric Mindset: A high degree of consumer understanding is essential, with the ability to consistently prioritize the consumer perspective in operational decision-making processes, ensuring that actions taken align with enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Analytical and Process Management Skills: Strong analytical skills are crucial for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to optimize operational processes. The candidate should also demonstrate proficiency in process management, with the ability to streamline workflows and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Fluency in English
