Take Responsibility, The Position:

As an eCommerce AI and Project Manager, you'll step into a pivotal role where your decisions and actions will directly impact the success of our global eCommerce initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception to implementation, driving them forward with precision and strategic insight. By leveraging AI capabilities and sound project management principles, you'll help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps that guide the direction of our eCommerce projects. You'll not only chart the course but also navigate the challenges and opportunities that arise along the way. By managing budgets, resources, and risks effectively, you'll ensure that our projects stay on track and deliver tangible results.
• Project Management: Assemble dynamic cross-functional teams and provide clear direction and support to ensure project success. You'll be the driving force behind our project execution, overseeing timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will help us overcome obstacles and achieve our goals efficiently.
• (Generative) AI Integration and Enhancement: Lead the charge in integrating AI technologies into our eCommerce ecosystem. Collaborate closely with data scientists and AI experts to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. Whether it's implementing AI-driven personalization strategies or enhancing consumer experiences with chatbots, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of eCommerce.

We're looking for a dynamic individual who brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to the table:

• You have a Bachelor's or University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field, coupled with proven experience in project planning and execution.
• Your familiarity with project management tools and AI concepts sets you apart, allowing you to navigate complex projects with ease.
• As a natural leader, you excel at rallying cross-functional teams around a common goal and driving them towards success.
• Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely ensures that everyone is on the same page, from stakeholders to team members.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite is a given, reflecting your commitment to delivering engaging and informative presentations.
