Pursue Excellence, The Team:

The Retail Experience Team plays a crucial role in shaping how customers engage with a brand in physical retail environments. It bridges the gap between the brand's identity and the in-store customer experience by creating spaces and interactions that reflect the brand's values, aesthetics, and goals.

Take Responsibility, The Position:

The role focuses on managing and delivering high-quality retail experience projects aligned with the brand’s identity and global standards. You will oversee the end-to-end process of store development, from planning and budgeting to execution and operational opening. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring cost-efficient, timely, and premium-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Oversee and manage multiple construction and retail experience projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, addressing potential risks, delays, and challenges to maintain on-time delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and sales teams to align projects with brand objectives and ensure seamless integration of efforts.
  • Act as the primary liaison with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide regular updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Store Development Management

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of store retail projects, from Business Case (BC) planning and execution to the operational opening of the store, ensuring accountability for BC objectives.
  • Track and analyze actual investments versus BC projections, monitor sales performance (split by category), and maintain a unified global reporting structure in collaboration with ASM/ASD teams.

Vendor & Contractor Network

  • Build and maintain a robust global network of contractors, suppliers, and vendors to support current and future retail projects.

Quality Assurance & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure all project executions meet both conceptual and commercial brand standards, maintaining the premium quality and craftsmanship associated with the brand.
  • Optimize cost- and time-efficient sourcing and construction processes while upholding quality expectations.

Post-Implementation Follow-Up

  • Oversee store maintenance, quality control, and improvement tasks for both owned and wholesale retail implementations.
  • Address and resolve ongoing operational issues to sustain store performance and customer satisfaction.

Strategic Store Investments

  • Collaborate with Sales Management to identify new investment opportunities and devise strategies to enhance the performance of low-performing stores.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions on retail expansion and improvements.

Innovation & Sustainability

  • Integrate innovative, sustainable practices into construction and retail experience projects to reflect the brand’s commitment to long-term value and environmental responsibility.

Better Together, The Ideal Profile:

  • Proven experience in cross-functional project management.
  • Familiarity with global retail standards and regional adaptations (APAC, EMEA, USCA).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong negotiation, analytic, and planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Systematic approach to follow-up and reporting.
