As the Trade Marketing Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in enhancing Stokke’s brand presence across both physical and digital retail spaces. You’ll develop and execute impactful trade marketing strategies, ensuring that our products stand out and connect with consumers in meaningful ways. This position reports to the GM of EMEA and is to be based from our Amsterdam office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Support the sales team with retailer toolkits, trade marketing materials, and joint business planning.
- Plan and execute in-store activations, POS materials, and retail events to drive traffic and conversion.
- Work closely with eCommerce teams to optimize digital retail experiences and product pages.
- Analyze performance, share best practices, and ensure alignment with global marketing and sales objectives.
Better Together, The Ideal Profile:
We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer/trade marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and retailer environments.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts.
- A self-starter attitude with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in both physical retail and digital marketing, with an ability to drive demand and conversion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
