You will be part of a dynamic, international Supply Chain team, working closely with Purchasing Managers and regional Supply Chain teams. Your expertise in forecasting, demand planning, and supply coordination will help us achieve our goals for availability and inventory optimization.
This role is to be based in our Alesund office in Norway.
Take Responsibility, The Position:
Strategic Demand Planner APAC
In this role, you will own the inventory planning process for APAC, ensuring an optimal balance between supply and demand. You will coordinate the flow of goods, manage replenishment processes, and contribute to production planning and process improvements. Your analytical mindset will help drive efficiency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the replenishment of warehouses in APAC according to defined KPIs.
- Optimize service levels and inventory turnover rates.
- Manage demand planning and ERP systems (Infor M3 & RELEX).
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts using statistical forecasting models.
- Collaborate closely with regional Supply Chain teams and internal stakeholders.
- Support S&OP processes with demand analysis and data collection.
- Analyze supply constraints and ensure seamless product availability.
- Drive improvements in supply chain processes and contribute to new product development projects.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant supply chain role.
- Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in English and Norwegian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
