Take Responsibility – The Position:
As Retail Engagement Manager – E-Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing how Stokke is represented across retailer websites ("retailer.com"). This role ensures the consistency and excellence of Stokke’s digital presence across partner platforms while driving digital retail performance. You will serve as the primary expert and point of contact for retailer engagement on digital channels, working closely with Account Managers, Sales, Creative teams, and other key stakeholders. Managing a small team of specialists, you will be responsible for digital excellence across all e-retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of Stokke’s presence and performance on retailer websites (retailer.com) globally.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers and Sales Managers to align e-retail execution with partner relationships.
- Ensure a holistic and consistent brand approach across all digital commercial channels.
- Serve as the main point of contact and internal expert for digital retail execution.
- Lead a small team of specialists focused on retailer.com content and execution.
- Act as platform and content distribution owner, coordinating with graphic and asset management teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Conduct and own digital store audits, ensuring compliance and optimization across partner websites.
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with key accounts to support continual site enhancements.
- Partner with the in-house training team to help elevate digital retail capabilities across the organization.
Better Together - The Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce, with a strong overlap in Account Management, relationship-building, and negotiations — OR
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management in international online consumer sales, with a strong digital focus.
- Proven expertise in negotiation and retail stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across cross-functional, international teams.
- Experience leading small teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Commercial education on Bachelor or Master level.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for retailer visits (up to 20%).
