Take Responsibility – The Position:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Global E-Commerce team. This role is key to unlocking the power of data across our e-commerce operations. You will analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.

You will also play a central role in data governance and drive the continuous improvement of data usage and visualization across teams. With a digital-first focus, you will help track and analyze website user behavior, contributing to optimizations that enhance the online customer experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Visualization

  • Analyze large datasets from various digital and business sources to derive strategic and operational insights
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Create reporting frameworks and data models that support business decision-making

Digital Analytics & Web Tracking

  • Collaborate with eCommerce and digital marketing teams to track and interpret website and user behavior
  • Provide recommendations for website optimization based on behavioral and performance data
  • Support tagging and tracking implementation across digital platforms

Data Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Support the implementation and enforcement of data governance standards
  • Conduct data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights
  • Troubleshoot data issues in collaboration with IT and development teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with global and regional teams in eCommerce, Marketing, and IT to support data needs
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Help build a data-driven culture through education and knowledge sharing

Better Together: The Ideal Profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, IT, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the eCommerce industry
  • Proficiency in Power BI and the ability to create engaging, insight-driven dashboards
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, business modeling, and economics
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary and international teams is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong sense of ownership and autonomy in problem-solving
  • A passion for continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple data sources and ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting
