Take Responsibility, The Position: Supply Chain Analyst

As the Supply Chain Analyst for the US and Canadian markets, you will support the daily operations of our North American supply chain and 3PL (third-party logistics) management. You’ll seek efficiencies in cost and delivery timelines, leveraging expert data and performance insights to support Stokke’s operational excellence. You will act as a connector between local distribution teams, customer support, and global supply chain functions.

This is a fast-paced and performance-focused role that demands analytical thinking, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll bring a customer service mindset and problem-solving agility to help reduce cost, enhance delivery timelines, and ensure accuracy in forecasting and logistics.

This position is based in Stamford, CT, reporting to the US.CA Supply Chain Manager.

Main Responsibilities – Pursue Excellence:

Operational Execution & 3PL Management

  • Support and monitor daily operations of Stokke’s North American supply chain and 3PL partners
  • Ensure exceptional logistics performance and vendor compliance with quality and service standards
  • Provide shipment forecasts to 3PLs to optimize resource planning and cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers on shipment requirements, returns, kitting, and rework management

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Measure and report supply chain KPIs and performance trends to senior management
  • Use data to develop actionable insights for logistics optimization
  • Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to identify, develop, and roll out best practices

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Cooperate with sales and customer service teams to manage escalations and resolve order or delivery issues
  • Optimize order sizes and replenishment cycles to ensure cost-effective logistics
  • Drive operational changes to meet evolving customer requirements
  • Support initiatives that align with strategic supply chain direction and local market needs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields
  • Alternatively: 2+ years of experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role
  • Working knowledge of 3PL operations, inventory management, and ERP systems
  • Familiarity with purchase order processes, complex allocations, and order releasing
  • Experience with data analysis and forecasting tools
  • Knowledge of export documentation and international shipments
  • Comfortable collaborating with field sales and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive approach to service with exceptional interpersonal skills
