Take Responsibility – The Position:
The Global HR Business Partner at our Amsterdam Commercial Hub is a hands-on leader responsible for driving the end-to-end organizational, people, and culture strategy. This role plays a pivotal part in guiding the organization through transformation and change, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and growth objectives.
The HRBP provides strategic HR leadership while also supporting day-to-day HR operations, fostering a collaborative, purpose-driven, and high-performing culture. This role partners closely with local leaders across departments including Product, Digital, and Marketing, and works in close alignment with global HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic HR:

Lead the HR and people agenda at the Amsterdam Commercial Hub, supporting business goals across the EMEA region and beyond

Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advising on people strategy, team structure, and capability development
Organizational Development & Change Management:

Provide expert guidance on organizational design, employee relations, and leadership development

Lead and support change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and engagement during business evolution
Culture & Engagement:

Design and implement strategies that support a positive organizational culture, well-being, and inclusion

Actively champion initiatives that position Stokke as a great place to work
HR Operations:

Deliver operational HR support including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance

Work collaboratively with global HR to ensure consistent practices and process improvement
Program & Project Execution:

Drive the planning and implementation of HR programs and policies tailored to regional and global needs

Ensure timely execution and effectiveness of people initiatives in support of business priorities

Education Required:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience Required:
-
Minimum 7 years of HR Business Partner experience within an international company, ideally in the retail industry

Deep expertise across core HR processes including employee relations, organizational development, talent and capability development

Proven experience leading HR initiatives during periods of transformation and change

Experience developing and implementing strategies to enhance engagement and organizational culture

Operational experience across HR processes and systems

Practical knowledge of Dutch employment legislation (German labor law a plus)

Experience working with organized employee bodies and regulatory frameworks across European markets
Special Requirements:

English fluency (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
