Take Responsibility – The Position: Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager, you play a key role in driving the global success of Stokke’s iconic products. You will be the bridge between product management and marketing execution, ensuring our products stay relevant, competitive, and desirable across all markets.

You will define product messaging, go-to-market planning, and manage all consumer facing communication activities to ensure sustained commercial success.

You will be responsible for planning and executing product launches, working closely with sales, creative, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and impact. This includes coordinating detailed sales channel plans, developing packaging, managing retail exhibition content, and briefing Regional Marketing Managers on activation plans.

Working closely with Creative, Consumer Insights, Communications, Product Management, Regional Marketing, Sales and Retail, you will champion the voice of the consumer and maintain strong alignment between product offering and market needs.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Equivalent experience also considered

Experience Required

  • 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or related roles in consumer goods
  • Experience supporting go-to-market plans, business planning and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and product storytelling
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international environments

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Define and maintain product messaging frameworks and value propositions
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy and consumer needs
  • Collaborate with Communications department and local markets to tailor messaging to unique consumer personas, markets, and channels

Go-to-Market Planning

  • Support go-to-market planning for new product introductions, campaigns, and seasonal launches
  • Drive all consumer facing activation for launch: messaging, retail activation, product packaging, and campaign assets
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure readiness across channels and regions

Insights & Market Understanding

  • Stay close to consumer and market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with insights teams to guide marketing priorities
  • Utilize Brand Tracker insights and Consumer Reviews to develop campaign and communication strategy
  • Global coordinator to ensure relevant consumer tests and certifications drive consumer confidence and credibility
  • Keeps track of campaign effectiveness and impact
  • Lead contact for internal and external creative agencies

Consumer Engagement Strategy

  • Drive product demand and customer loyalty via targeted campaigns
  • Collect user insights to guide future marketing initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative Team, Communications, Regional Marketing, Digital, and global Sales organization.
  • Ensure smooth execution of plans with clear timelines and deliverables
