Take Responsibility - Job Description: Associate Product Manager
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the development and execution of our global product strategy — bringing consumer insight, brand vision and commercial excellence together to deliver purposeful products that resonate with families worldwide.
You’ll work closely with the Product Marketing Director and Product Managers to manage our product portfolio from insight and ideation through to launch and in-market success. This role combines strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration and a deep passion for creating outstanding products and experiences.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our global product roadmap aligns with Stokke’s strategic ambitions while supporting category initiatives that drive growth, consumer relevance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of our global product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and key KPIs.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of New Product Development (NPD), Product Life Maintenance (PLM) and promotional activities across categories.
- Gather and analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitive intelligence to inform innovation and portfolio decisions.
- Coordinate pricing strategy in collaboration with Product Managers, Finance and Commercial teams, ensuring market competitiveness and margin expansion.
- Support delivery against annual objectives (Sales, GM, EBITDA), tracking performance and initiating corrective actions where needed.
- Drive cross-category product marketing initiatives including promotional activations, sales cycles and supply chain reviews.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on-time and in-full.
- Build strong partnerships with Regional and Commercial teams, supporting campaign development in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers and the Creative team.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, insight-led decision making and constructive challenge to drive our product ambition forward.
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
Experience Required
- Relevant experience from previous roles, internships or student jobs within product management, business development or marketing.
- Proven ability to analyse data, develop insights and translate them into actionable plans.
- Strong organisational skills with a collaborative mindset.
