Take Responsibility – The Position: CRM Coordinator

As a CRM Coordinator at Stokke, you will support the global CRM team in executing effective and engaging campaigns that build brand loyalty and drive commercial performance. This role is central to managing the global email calendar, building and deploying emails, and ensuring content alignment with Stokke’s brand, GTM timelines, and product priorities.

You will work closely with CRM Specialists, regional marketing teams, and cross-functional partners in Product Marketing, Social Media, and Creative to deliver best-in-class email communications. Your strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for digital marketing will help shape the customer journey across lifecycle stages.

This position is based in our Commercial Hub - our Amsterdam Office - based in the heart of the city centre!

Main Job Responsibilities:

CRM Campaign Execution

  • Support CRM team with planning, execution, and optimization of global email campaigns.

  • Build and deploy emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other CRM platform), ensuring quality control and pre-launch testing.

  • Manage and maintain the global email calendar, coordinating timing across teams and stakeholders.

Content & Coordination

  • Consolidate campaign inputs and ensure messaging aligns with GTM priorities, brand tone, and visual guidelines.

  • Coordinate localization efforts with regional teams, ensuring copy and visuals are adapted appropriately.

  • Prepare creative and copy briefs and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Social Media teams for messaging consistency.

Data & Reporting

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis, track KPIs (e.g., open rates, CTRs, conversions), and generate actionable insights.

  • Support audience segmentation, list hygiene, and data imports for targeted and personalized campaigns.

  • Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and share performance insights with the team.

  • Maintain and update reporting dashboards in collaboration with analytics and CRM teams.

Compliance & Innovation

  • Ensure CRM activities are GDPR compliant and meet Stokke’s data and brand standards.

  • Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices to contribute ideas for process and performance improvements.

Better Together - The Ideal Profile 

  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign coordination.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.

  • Familiarity with email campaign setup, testing, and performance tracking.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email building is a plus.

  • Experience working cross-functionally, especially with marketing, content, or digital teams.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to adapt content to brand tone.

  • Comfortable with analytics dashboards and reporting on CRM performance.

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Curious and collaborative, with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning.

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for customer experience and engagement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
