Job Description
We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to lead and evolve global paid social strategy and execution driving operational excellence, creative storytelling and business results across multiple markets.
You’ll work closely with our EMEA agency partners to oversee end-to-end paid social execution, while setting global best practices that reflect Stokke’s brand values and business ambitions. This is a highly collaborative role that combines hands-on technical know-how, creative sensibility and data-driven decision-making.
Bringing brand emotions, insight-led and high-performing campaigns to life on platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and more guiding consumers through their lifecycle journey with Stokke.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain global paid social guidelines, providing consultative support to regional teams and agencies to ensure local execution aligns with global standards.
- Collaborate with EMEA agency partners to oversee campaign delivery, creative quality, media setup and performance optimisation.
- Lead the development of creative and media briefs, aligning them with brand storytelling goals and platform best practices.
- Manage paid social budgets at a campaign and market level, supporting effective budget planning and optimization across regions.
- Develop and refine audience targeting strategies and personalisation frameworks across markets.
- Enable campaigns that educate, inspire and convert, tailored to key moments in the consumer journey from early trimester awareness to product storytelling.
- Ensure technical accuracy and integrity in campaign setup, pixel/event tracking and performance measurement.
- Work with the Senior Director and key tech platforms to establish Joint Business Plans (JBPs), identify strategic business opportunities and become early adoption of innovation and growth initiatives.
- Foster a test-and-learn culture, encouraging innovation in formats, creative and audience engagement strategies.
- Work with the Campaign Planner on creative refresh, bringing best creative practice in paid social to delivery the optimal performance in-line with our KPI framework.
- Partner with CRM, Brand, eCommerce and other channel leads to create integrated, full-funnel campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze results, delivering insights and optimizations aligned with both global and regional KPIs.
Education Required
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field
Experience Required
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid digital media
- Experience working across multiple markets, with a strong understanding of localization and cultural nuance.
- Strong track record in agency collaboration, including briefing, oversight and performance management.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing media budgets with clear commercial outcomes.
- Experience engaging with technology platforms and partners to influence innovation and shape media strategy (Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Smartly, PowerBI
- A unique mix of creative thinking and analytical rigor comfortable evaluating storytelling and measuring impact.
- Solid grasp of technical setup, including pixels, tracking, attribution and platform-specific tools.
- Curious, adaptable and results-driven with a passion for storytelling, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to build relationships across teams and time zones.
- Experience in parenting, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is a plus
