Take Responsibility – The Position: Site Analytics Associate – Amazon / DTC Ecommerce

 

The Ecommerce Analytics Associate is responsible for unlocking insights from complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and drive growth across Stokke’s ecommerce channels, spanning Stokke DTC, Amazon, retailer dropship portals, and online marketplaces.

The role combines strong analytical skills, statistical modeling, and digital performance knowledge with a commercial mindset to optimize customer engagement and digital shelf performance. This position acts as a cross-functional connector, ensuring data is translated into clear and actionable insights across marketing, sales, product, and digital teams. This role reports to the Director of Ecommerce, North America, and is based in the U.S.

Main Job Responsibilities

Engage with Vision & Passion

  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to identify performance trends and growth opportunities.

  • Conduct advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and segmentation to optimize digital shelf performance and customer engagement.

Strategize, Implement, Test & Learn

  • Build and execute analytics frameworks to test hypotheses and measure digital initiatives.

  • Apply attribution modeling to understand multi-channel customer journeys.

  • Track, analyze, and report performance using GA4, BigQuery, and other analytics tools.

  • Implement and manage tracking solutions via Google Tag Manager.

  • Analyze paid and organic performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other channels.

Accuracy, Optimize & Automate

  • Define and refine standard operating procedures for performance and content analytics.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and technologies.

  • Drive a culture of data curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with site merchants to identify content and optimization opportunities.

  • Streamline workflows using tools such as Monday.com or Asana.

Collaborate & Report Like a Pro

  • Partner closely with DTC, brand marketing, sales, and product teams to align analytics initiatives with business priorities.

  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to clearly communicate insights.

  • Collaborate with internal sales leads, retailers, and third-party data providers to gather insights and expand data capabilities.

 

Better Together – The Ideal Profile

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles.

  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, and ecommerce performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical tools (Python, R, or SAS).

  • Experience with visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Proven ability to distill complex datasets into strategic recommendations and clear business impact.

Special Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sharp attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication—able to “translate” technical insights to business leaders.

  • Strong time management and multitasking ability; experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for digital commerce, customer behavior, and performance-driven strategy.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
