Take Responsibility – The Position: Retail Support Analyst

As a Retail Support Analyst, you will play a key role within the Supply Chain, Americas team based in Stamford, CT. You are responsible for supporting both retail sales and supply chain operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely product availability.

This role supports the U.S. sales team with product setup and retail partner website maintenance. You will also contribute to optimizing third-party logistics (3PL), reducing delivery time and cost, and identifying process improvements that streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will report to the US.CA Customer Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Support

  • Coordinate item setup across retailer platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain item records including product descriptions, specifications, and imagery.

  • Handle multiple requests from field sales and retailer portals simultaneously.

  • Communicate with internal departments to collect necessary product data.

  • Identify and resolve issues with product listings and content uploads.

Supply Chain Operations

  • Support day-to-day logistics, including coordination with 3PL warehouses and freight partners.

  • Provide shipment forecasts to 3PL partners to optimize inventory and freight costs.

  • Track and report key logistics and fulfillment KPIs to the Supply Chain Manager.

  • Collaborate with sales and customers to optimize order sizes for cost-effective shipping.

  • Manage escalations related to returns, reworks, kitting, and customer support.

  • Contribute to developing scalable operational processes aligned with Stokke’s strategy and local market needs.

Personnel Responsibility

  • This role does not include direct personnel management.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • If no degree, 2+ years of experience in a similar role will be considered.

Experience Preferred

  • Experience in 3PL and inventory management.

  • Previous work with ERP systems and item master data.

  • Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience working with field sales and in a customer-facing operations role.

Special Requirements

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and overall PC proficiency.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

  • Organizational talent and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A service mindset with the ability to problem-solve and act proactively.
