Take Responsibility – The Position: Finance Business Partner - Product and Marketing

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Finance Business Partner for Product and Marketing with analytical expertise and experience in global financial planning, reporting, and profitability analysis. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product Management teams, proactively providing insightful financial guidance and fostering data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing performance across multiple products, regions, and channels, en-suring the delivery of accurate global reports, and actively contributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts.

You will champion a collaborative approach, working proactively to identify opportunities for value creation, mitigate risks, and inspire strategic initia-tives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Finance, or Auditing, preferably in an international company
  • Previous exposure to working as a business partner with Marketing, Sales, or Product Management is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in profitability analysis, margin optimization, and cost controlling
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across regions and market
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for financial analysis, reporting, and presentation
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner to Marketing and Product Management, proactively providing financial insights and guidance to support informed decision-making
  • Perform monthly and quarterly financial reporting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely reflection of actuals, budgets, and forecasts across regions and channels, while identifying areas for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze Net Sales, OPEX, and profitability by product, region, and channel, offering actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Deliver actionable performance insights and financial analysis to executives, influencing strategic priorities and growth opportunities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and financial reports, fostering continuous improvements in reporting clarity, automation, and data visualization
  • Lead the coordination of the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and strategic alignment, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Accounting and local finance teams to ensure accuracy of accruals and cost allocations, fostering transparency and accountability
  • Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and increased efficiency in controlling and reporting activities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
