Take Responsibility – The Position

The Retail Experience Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing global retail marketing strategies and campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Manager Retail Experience, this role ensures brand consistency across all markets while supporting regional initiatives to drive both sell-in and sell-through performance.

You will play a central role in shaping how Stokke is experienced in retail environments, aligning global brand strategy with regional execution to deliver meaningful consumer engagement and commercial growth.

This position is to be based out of our Stokke Netherlands hub, located in the heart of Amsterdam city centre.

You are a strategic and creative retail marketer with strong project management skills and a commercial mindset. You bring global perspective and local sensitivity, ensuring Stokke’s brand values are consistently expressed across retail environments while enabling regional flexibility.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or shopper marketing roles within premium consumer goods or lifestyle industries or within boutique agencies working with clients within these fields

  • Proven ability to manage global retail campaigns from strategy through execution

  • Experience developing POS materials, visual merchandising toolkits, and retail activation guidelines

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, ideally in international and multi-market environments

  • Skilled in budget management, campaign performance tracking, and insights-driven optimization

Special Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Creative mindset combined with strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; other languages are a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Retail Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement global retail marketing strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives

  • Build and maintain a unified global retail marketing calendar covering launches, seasonal campaigns, and activations in collaboration with Product and Brand teams

Campaign Development & Localization

  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies into locally relevant executions

  • Ensure messaging, creative assets, and promotional tactics align with brand guidelines while driving market-specific engagement

Retail Tools & Materials

  • Oversee the creation of POS materials, visual merchandising toolkits, and activation guidelines for global markets

  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution

Performance & Insights

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and measure impact on sell-in and sell-through performance

  • Analyze shopper insights, market data, and sales results to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement

  • Share best practices and success stories across markets to foster learning and consistency
