Take Responsibility – The Position: Paid Search Specialist
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Stokke’s global paid media performance across search, shopping, and AI-driven advertising platforms. Based in Amsterdam and reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Director, this role blends technical expertise, strategic execution, and commercial acumen to deliver world-class digital performance and growth.
You will define and implement Stokke’s global paid search strategy, ensuring that campaigns are insight-led, optimized, and aligned with our brand and commercial goals. Partnering closely with our EMEA agency teams, you will lead feed optimization, performance tracking, and innovation in automation and AI tools to help guide parents from discovery to purchase in their digital journey.
Key Responsibilities
Global Paid Search Strategy & Execution

Define, execute, and continuously evolve the global paid search strategy across Google Ads, Shopping, PMax, and Bing Ads.

Oversee agency partners to ensure flawless execution, feed optimization, and campaign management across markets.

Maintain global best practices for keyword strategy, ad copy, audience segmentation, campaign structure, and bid optimization.

Lead the integration of AI tools and automation to drive scalable and efficient campaign management.
Performance Optimization & Data Insights

Manage Google Merchant Center feed accuracy and collaborate with tech and eCommerce teams to enhance product data quality.

Translate business goals into actionable media plans aligned with KPIs such as ROAS, revenue contribution, and engagement.

Analyze campaign data using Google Ads, GA4, Power BI, and other tools to deliver actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Drive experimentation through A/B testing and test-and-learn frameworks across audiences, creatives, and campaign types.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Brand, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive messaging and on-brand campaign execution.

Collaborate with eCommerce and Finance teams on forecasting, budgeting, and pacing to meet global business objectives.

Align paid search efforts with organic, CRM, and brand campaigns to maximize full-funnel performance.
Innovation & Continuous Learning

Stay ahead of evolving trends in AI-driven search marketing, automation, and consumer search behavior.

Proactively identify opportunities to adopt new technologies or features that improve performance and efficiency.

Establish scalable global frameworks for campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
Better Together – The Ideal Profile
Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience Required
-
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax).

Proven expertise with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, SA360, and feed optimization tools.

Demonstrated success managing agency relationships and cross-market campaign execution.

Strong commercial mindset and experience connecting media performance to revenue KPIs.

Familiarity with automation, AI capabilities (Smart Bidding, Performance Max), and data-driven optimization.

Experience with conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution model implementation.

Analytical, data-oriented approach with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly.

Collaborative and proactive team player comfortable working in global, matrixed organizations.

Experience with lifestyle, parenting, or premium consumer brands is a plus.
