The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart

As Senior Marketing Manager for the Americas, you will lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that elevate Stokke’s brand awareness, desirability, and commercial performance — with a strong focus on our largest category, Eating (High Chairs). Your work will directly influence how families across the Americas discover, experience, and connect with Stokke at every stage of their journey.

You will translate consumer and market insights into meaningful, relevant brand experiences that support parents and children through thoughtfully designed products and storytelling.

Agility, Speed & Execution

This role requires a balance of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and operational excellence. You will own the regional marketing agenda, drive integrated campaigns end‑to‑end, and ensure flawless execution across channels. Working closely with global brand, sales, digital, and product teams, you will move quickly and decisively to deliver impact in one of Stokke’s most important markets.

This role is based in the U.S. and reports directly to the Brand Marketing Director, Americas.

 

Main Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Lead and implement the Americas marketing strategy for the Feeding category, aligned with global brand positioning and regional commercial priorities.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies, activation plans, and product priorities.
  • Support product ranging and distribution decisions from a marketing perspective.
  • Partner with global product teams to bring the right products to market with clear, compelling messaging.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints to drive brand equity, engagement, and conversion.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead 360° marketing campaigns including new product launches, seasonal initiatives, and evergreen brand programs.
  • Ensure cohesive, consistent, and on‑brand storytelling across digital, retail, social, PR, and trade channels.
  • Oversee development of local content and assets aligned with global creative standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Retail teams to support in‑store and trade marketing strategies.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track, measure, and analyse marketing effectiveness using KPIs such as ROI, awareness, traffic, and conversion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behaviour to inform planning and decision‑making.
  • Optimise performance and budget allocation based on insights, testing, and ongoing evaluation.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global brand, sales, e‑commerce, digital, and product teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Act as a key regional marketing partner across the Americas, driving clarity and consistency.

Requirements

Experience

  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience within premium consumer brands.
  • Proven success adapting and executing global marketing strategies within the U.S. or Americas region.
  • Strong omnichannel marketing experience across retail/trade, in‑store, digital, social, PR, and advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, E‑Commerce, Product, and Operations teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, data‑driven mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency with Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments.
  • Aligned with Stokke’s purpose‑driven culture.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
