Take Responsibility – The Position
As Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in driving Stokke’s commercial success across major retail partners. This role offers full ownership of your account portfolio, empowering you to build strategic relationships, deliver strong growth, and shape the future of our premium baby gear business.
You will be responsible for designing and executing forward-thinking sales strategies, deepening partner engagement, and achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets. Operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align account needs with Stokke’s global priorities.
This is a high-visibility role for a driven, commercially minded professional who excels at negotiation, forecasting, strategic planning, and building trust with retailers. Main Responsibilities
Account Leadership & Growth

Lead, inspire, and manage performance across key accounts to achieve growth and strengthen relationships

Design and implement innovative sales strategies that surpass annual targets

Own all aspects of Account Management within assigned categories
Relationship Building & Collaboration

Build and nurture lasting partnerships that expand Stokke’s market presence

Collaborate closely with accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Work with marketing teams to develop long-term product and category growth plans
Strategic Planning & Analysis

Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance objectives

Provide clear, actionable reports that inform future strategy

Evaluate competition, costs, and market trends to define pricing strategies

Drive account-level plans including co-op investment planning and Joint Business Planning
Forecasting & Performance Management

Accurately forecast sales volumes and profitability for existing and new products

Use retailer systems, tools, and category data to track sales and financial performance

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience selling to key accounts

Proven ability to build and execute sales strategies that deliver consistent results

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Strong understanding of retailer systems, sales tracking, and financial reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Strong analytical and organizational abilities

Ability to work effectively in a remote-office environment

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (15–25% as needed)
