Our IT Operations team is the backbone of Stokke’s regional technology ecosystem. We ensure systems run reliably, projects are delivered with quality, and security standards are upheld across all offices.
As an IT Operations Specialist, you will bridge regional operational needs with global initiatives—helping teams stay connected, productive, and secure. This is a highly collaborative role with no direct people leadership, but significant cross‑functional partnership.
Take Responsibility – The Position
The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for managing regional IT infrastructure and services, with a strong emphasis on office technology ownership. This position requires an on‑site presence to support daily operations and provide hands‑on technical expertise.
You will also support colleagues remotely across several European offices and the US, ensuring high service quality and smooth technology operations across regions.
Main Responsibilities
Engage with Vision & Passion
- Uphold a secure, efficient, and user‑centric IT environment that reflects Stokke’s global standards.
- Act as a trusted IT partner to regional teams, ensuring technology enables productivity and business continuity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, service‑mindedness, and continuous improvement within IT operations.
Strategize, Implement, Test & Learn
Regional IT Operations
- Manage incidents, problems, and service requests across hardware, software, networking, and user devices.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring seamless access and setup.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL practices and contribute to agile operational workflows.
Office Infrastructure Management
- Own the operation and performance of all office technology, including:
- Meeting room systems (AV equipment)
- Network infrastructure (LAN / Wi‑Fi)
- Printer and device fleets
- Core office systems essential for day‑to‑day functioning
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and user satisfaction with onsite systems.
Accuracy, Optimize & Automate
Cloud & Network Operations
- Implement, optimize, and maintain cloud environments, focusing on Microsoft technologies.
- Enforce security policies, monitor compliance, and proactively address vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and regional teams.
User Support & Device Management
- Manage hardware and software distribution, deployments, and lifecycle processes.
- Strengthen security settings and ensure alignment across onsite and remote users.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose scalable operational enhancements.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance against SLAs.
- Coordinate with external partners to maintain operational excellence.
Collaborate & Report Like a Pro
- Lead or contribute to regional IT projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and timelines.
- Resolve incidents efficiently, escalating when needed while maintaining clear communication.
- Provide updates, documentation, and status reports to internal stakeholders.
- Partner closely with global IT to ensure standardization and consistency across regions.

Experience Required
Education
- Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in IT infrastructure and service operations within a modern workplace environment.
- Good knowledge of cloud computing—with emphasis on Microsoft platforms including:
Entra ID, Windows Server, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 - Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks, ITIL practices, and agile methodologies.
