Regional E-Commerce Manager, DACH

We are looking for a Regional E-Commerce Manager to own and continuously improve the DACH customer journey on Stokke.com and Amazon - from landing page to checkout and purchase. The role will be based in Amsterdam or Hamburg.

You will be responsible for turning existing customer interest into sales by improving the website and Amazon experience every day, ensuring that traffic arriving on our platforms converts efficiently and delivers strong commercial results. This is a hands-on role for someone who has run e-commerce platforms before and knows what good looks like.

You will work closely with global and regional teams and report directly to the Head of DACH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own DACH E-Commerce performance on Stokke.com and Amazon
  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey, from landing page to checkout and beyond
  • Drive conversion rate optimization through testing, content improvements, and UX changes
  • Support global and regional media teams by optimizing landing pages, post-click experience, and conversion measurement to maximize the impact of paid search, paid social and SEO activity
  • Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to ensure DACH content, campaigns, and messaging are relevant and local
  • Optimize Amazon product pages, content, imagery and promotions to maximize conversion and sales
  • Track performance and report results and actions
  • Use data and insight to prioritize improvements that increase sales and customer satisfaction

Ideal Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience running E-Commerce websites (DTC experience essential)
  • Strong understanding of how customers shop online and what drives conversion
  • Proven experience improving UX, CRO, and on-site performance
  • Experience working with Amazon for a branded business
  • Ideally first experience working with Otto and Galaxus
  • Confident using analytics tools to make decisions
  • Experience working with or in the DACH market
  • Experience collaborating with media teams to optimize post-click conversion and the customer journey from search through to purchase
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international business
