The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Photographer & Videographer (Brand Content), you will create compelling visual stories that help parents understand, connect with, and feel inspired by Stokke’s purpose‑driven products. Your creativity will directly influence how families experience the brand across digital platforms, campaigns, and the moments that matter most.
Agility, Speed & Execution
This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and precise execution. You will collaborate across creative, marketing, and production teams to concept, shoot, edit, and deliver high‑quality visual content at pace. You bring structure, organisation, and hands‑on problem‑solving to fast‑moving projects, ensuring every asset is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
This role is part of the Global Creative Team and works closely with cross‑functional partners across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
Photography
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos for campaigns, products, events, and social content.
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with Stokke’s brand identity.
- Retouch and colour‑correct images for final delivery.
- Manage photo libraries, including file naming, organisation, and archiving.
Videography
- Conceptualise, storyboard, and film video content including promotional films, interviews, product stories, and social media content.
- Edit video projects including sound mixing, colour grading, motion graphics, and rendering.
- Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and stabilisers for studio and on‑location shoots.
- Deliver optimised content for various platforms including social, digital media, and Stokke.com.
Production & Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to understand project objectives.
- Scout locations, prepare shot lists, and coordinate logistics for shoots.
- Direct talent and oversee on‑set workflows when required.
- Stay current with trends in photography, video, digital content formats, and equipment advancement.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Digital Media, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in photography and videography.
- Experience within global marketing environments or international consumer brands (preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial lifestyle + product photography and video (studio + on‑location).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
Special Requirements
- Proven hands‑on experience operating cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and stabilisers.
- Strong post‑production skills in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of composition, lighting, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international team.
- Passion for digital trends, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Drone operation certification.
- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Social media content creation for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
