The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As eCommerce Website Experience Designer, you will shape how families experience Stokke online by designing intuitive, thoughtful, and inspiring user journeys. Your work will help parents easily discover and understand our products across key touchpoints, ensuring that Stokke.com is meaningful, accessible, and helpful for every stage of their decision process.
Agility, Speed & Execution
This role is central to delivering our 2026 Experience Leap — requiring strong ownership, design precision, and the ability to work quickly across teams and markets. You will lead the UX roadmap for Stokke.com, partner with development and brand teams, and ensure global consistency across regions. You bring structure, clarity, and a solution‑first mindset to every stage of design execution.
Main Responsibilities
Experience Design & Optimization
- Own the UX roadmap for Stokke.com, with a focus on immersive storytelling and intuitive navigation.
- Lead implementation of core pages including homepage, navigation, and redesigned PDPs for priority product categories.
- Act as the main partner between Global eCommerce, development teams, and Brand teams (Product Managers & Design).
- Manage and drive external UX/UI agencies.
- Design wireframe templates and guidelines for regional teams to ensure global UI/UX consistency.
Activation & Launch Support
- Partner with e‑merchandising and Design teams to ensure smooth, high‑quality execution for product launches.
- Develop UX strategies for promotional moments, exclusivities, and clearer “reasons to buy.”
- Support end-to-end launches with UX‑aligned storytelling and customer‑focused design.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global and regional teams (US, EMEA, APAC) to align UX priorities with trading calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with SEO, data analytics, and paid media teams to ensure UX decisions are insight‑driven and performance‑focused.
- Translate data, SEO learnings, and behavioural insights into actionable UX improvements.

Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in UX design and optimisation for brand eCommerce sites.
- Strong passion for UX, Figma design systems, and feature improvement (Figma is essential).
- Experience working with global teams and/or international consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elevating eCommerce journeys and designing high‑impact UI/UX.
Skills & Capabilities
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using GA4, Hotjar, MS Clarity, or similar tools.
- Strong project‑management skills — able to coordinate stakeholders and timelines effectively.
- Understanding of conversion optimisation and customer‑journey best practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred).
