The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Marketplace Specialist EMEA, you will directly influence how families across the region discover and purchase Stokke products on leading marketplaces. By ensuring strong product visibility, accurate content, and a premium brand presence, you will help create smoother, more informative shopping experiences for parents and caregivers.
Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a hands‑on commercial role that requires pace, precision, and operational excellence. You will support both strategic initiatives and daily execution across Amazon Seller Central, Bol.com, OTTO, and other EMEA marketplaces — driving revenue, improving product performance, and delivering consistent, high‑quality execution.

Main Responsibilities
Marketplace Growth & Execution
- Drive Stokke’s commercial performance across key EMEA marketplaces.
- Execute growth strategies on Amazon, OTTO, Bol.com, Galaxus, and additional regional platforms.
- Manage and optimise product listings, A+ content, variations, deals, and advertising activations.
- Ensure premium, consistent brand representation that strengthens visibility and conversion.
Project & Operational Management
- Lead marketplace‑related projects spanning operations, marketing, supply chain, pricing, and data optimisation.
- Coordinate with local country teams and central functions to ensure commercial and operational alignment.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Support reporting, forecasting, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Digital, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to align marketplace tactics with overall commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders across multiple EMEA markets.
- Partner with analytics teams to evaluate ROI and inform strategy through data insights.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce operations, consulting, or business management.
- Proven experience managing marketplace operations (Amazon, OTTO, Bol.com, Galaxus, etc.).
- Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs, marketplace algorithms, and platform mechanics.
- Experience coordinating projects across marketing, fulfilment, supply chain, and operations.
- Ability to evaluate ROI, manage dashboards, and interpret marketplace data.
- Experience collaborating across multiple EMEA markets.
- Demonstrated analytical ability and structured problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with consumer behaviour and regional market trends, especially in baby/kids categories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience negotiating with partners, vendors, or agencies.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Advertising (SP/SB/SD).
