The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will contribute to bringing the people who make Stokke’s purpose possible into the organisation. By supporting recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer‑branding initiatives, you help ensure Stokke continues to attract the talent needed to create meaningful products for families.

Agility, Speed & Execution

This internship is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and people‑focused. You will assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling, process coordination, employer branding, and analytics. You will gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, applicant tracking systems, and the operational backbone of a modern Talent Acquisition function.
 This role sits within the HR organisation, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner.

 

Main Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Coordination & Screening

  • Post job openings across job boards, LinkedIn, ATS platform, and achieve
  • Support in review resumes and applications; conduct initial screening calls.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pools.
  • Coordinate interviews—often managing complex scheduling across teams and time zones.
  • Support candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a premium experience.

2. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Support employer‑branding initiatives, including careers site review, value embedding and job‑ad drafting and posting.
  • Assist with virtual events, and early‑talent outreach.
  • Help coordinate recruiting events and support logistics for HR‑led activities.

3. Interview & Hiring Support

  • Participate in resume screening and pre‑screening conversations.
  • Support hiring managers with interview preparation, materials, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing candidate assessments, interview guides, and documentation.

4. Recruitment Operations & Analytics

  • Assist with recruitment metrics, reporting, and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, ATS exports).
  • Gather data for recruitment insights and process improvements.
  • Help document workflows, process guides, and TA playbooks.
  • Support optimisation projects including scheduling automation, candidate‑journey mapping, and process documentation.

  • Timeliness and accuracy of interview scheduling
  • Candidate experience quality
  • Data accuracy in ATS
  • Time‑to‑schedule and coordination efficiency
  • Support provided to TA projects and employer‑branding initiatives

Requirements

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS systems is a plus.
  • Proactive, self‑starting mindset with strong follow‑through.
