The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart

As Key Account Manager for the UK, you will influence how families discover and experience Stokke in store and online. With John Lewis as your primary partner, you will ensure that Stokke’s premium product story is communicated consistently, meaningfully, and in a way that supports parents in making confident decisions.

Agility, Speed & Execution

This is a commercial, fast‑paced, and hands‑on role that blends relationship management, forecasting, performance analysis, and campaign execution. You will take ownership of delivering results across UK national and independent retailers, ensuring strong account planning, flawless execution, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
This is a remote UK‑based role, requiring regular travel for customer meetings.

Main Responsibilities

Commercial Ownership

  • Manage the relationship with John Lewis and selected national and independent retail partners.
  • Build, manage, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) to deliver growth.
  • Track sell‑in and sell‑out performance, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Deliver accurate Latest Estimate (LE) forecasts and ensure high forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor promotions, margin performance, and commercial investment.
  • Identify distribution and product‑range expansion opportunities.

Promotional & Campaign Planning

  • Manage monthly sales forecasts in alignment with stock planning.
  • Support digital sales by improving product pages, content accuracy, and online conversion.
  • Review campaign and promotional results, recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure brand‑consistent activation.

Performance Reporting

  • Prepare monthly performance reviews for key accounts.
  • Analyse sales trends, stock health, risks, and opportunities.
  • Maintain internal reporting tools, CRM inputs, and tracking documentation.

  • Revenue vs. budget
  • Promotional ROI

  • Stock health and availability
  • Distribution growth
  • In‑store & online brand standard compliance
  • Forecast accuracy

Requirements

Experience & Capabilities

  • Experience managing or supporting major UK national accounts, ideally including John Lewis.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and comfort interpreting sales data.
  • Relevant experience with UK independents and regional retail partners.
  • Solid understanding of digital sales performance, content quality, and online campaign execution.
  • Commercially minded with excellent planning, forecasting, and organisational skills.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across teams, stakeholders, and customer functions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer meetings across the UK.
