Working closely with Global eCommerce, regional teams, and Web Development, you will ensure insights move quickly into action.

This role sits within the Global Ecommerce organisation.

Main Responsibilities

Testing & Optimisation

  • Provide structured insights to guide UX, design, and product improvements across markets.

UX Execution & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Website Experience Designer to ensure insights translate into tangible design improvements.
  • Support the implementation and validation of new CMS modules, features, and layouts.
  • Act as a bridge between Global Ecommerce and IT, ensuring smooth and reliable rollout of UX enhancements.
  • Contribute to “reason‑to‑buy” UX execution by validating messaging, layouts, and user flows.

Web Experience Development

  • Provide light web development support related to experiment setup, tagging, and front‑end adjustments (dependent on technical background).
  • Ensure test variants perform correctly across devices, browsers, and markets.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Volume and quality of A/B and multivariate tests executed
  • Conversion rate growth and funnel optimisation results
  • Speed and quality of insight generation
  • Accuracy and reliability of testing, reporting, and analysis
