The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Key Account Manager DACH – Pure Play, you play a pivotal role in shaping how families across the DACH region discover and experience Stokke—both online and in‑store. With BabyWalz as your primary strategic partner, you ensure that Stokke’s premium product story, content, and execution consistently support parents in making confident, informed purchase decisions.
Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a commercial, fast‑paced, and hands‑on role combining strategic account ownership with operational excellence. You will drive growth through strong joint business planning, performance management, forecasting, and campaign execution. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, and Finance, you ensure plans move seamlessly from strategy to execution.
This is a remote, DACH‑based role, requiring regular travel for customer meetings.
Main Responsibilities
Commercial Ownership
- Own and manage the relationship with BabyWalz and selected DACH pure‑play retailers
- Define and execute a clear long‑term vision for strategic account partnerships
- Build, manage, and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive sustainable growth
- Track sell‑in and sell‑out performance, proactively identifying opportunities and risks
- Deliver accurate Latest Estimates (LE) and maintain high forecast accuracy
- Monitor promotions, margins, and commercial investments to optimise ROI
- Identify distribution, assortment, and product‑range expansion opportunities
Promotional & Campaign Planning
- Own monthly sales forecasts in close alignment with demand and stock planning
- Drive digital sales performance by improving product pages, content accuracy, and conversion
- Review and optimise campaign and promotional performance, embedding continuous improvement
- Partner with Marketing and Ecommerce to ensure brand‑consistent, effective retail media activation
Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and lead monthly performance reviews with key accounts
- Analyse sales trends, online performance, stock health, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM inputs, internal reporting tools, and performance trackers
Key Performance Indicators

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing or supporting major DACH national accounts, ideally including online pure players
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and confidence interpreting sales and performance data
- Solid understanding of digital sales performance, online content quality, and campaign execution
- Commercially minded with strong planning, forecasting, and organisational skills
- Confident communicator and collaborative partner across internal teams and customer organisations
- Willingness to travel regularly across the DACH region
