The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Ecommerce Specialist for the UK, you will support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of the customer journey across Stokke.com and Amazon. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering improvements, implementing campaigns, and ensuring a smooth, high-performing online experience.
You will work closely with the UK Country Head, UK Marketing Manager, and global teams to execute trading plans, optimise performance, and continuously improve how UK families discover and purchase our products online.

Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving role where ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are crucial. You will drive traffic, optimise conversions, and work cross‑functionally to ensure the UK delivers a high‑performing, seamless Ecommerce experience. You will collaborate closely with global teams and report directly to the Country Head.
Main Responsibilities
Ecommerce Execution & Trading
- Execute day-to-day trading activities across Stokke.com and Amazon UK.
- Upload, update, and optimise product listings, content, and campaigns.
- Lead the implementation of promotions, launches, and seasonal activity.
- Ensure all site content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Site Operations & Performance
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
- Implement on-site changes including content updates, merchandising, and UX improvements.
- Lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives, helping to set up and analyse tests.
- Work with global teams to execute paid search, paid social, and SEO updates (e.g. copy, keywords, landing pages).
Amazon Execution
- Optimise Amazon product pages (content, imagery, keywords, A+ content).
- Lead promotional activity and ensure strong product visibility and conversion.
- Monitor performance and flag opportunities for improvement.
Data & Insights
- Track key KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue) and report on performance.
- Use data to identify issues and support prioritisation of improvements.
- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to the wider team.
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with global marketing, content, and Ecommerce teams to execute plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver updates on time.
- Support alignment across marketing and commercial teams for the UK market.

You have a solid understanding of Ecommerce fundamentals and are eager to learn and develop further.
Experience & Skills
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in Ecommerce, digital marketing, or a similar hands-on role.
- Experience working with Ecommerce platforms (DTC preferred).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
- Basic understanding of CRO, SEO, and digital marketing channels.
- Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track performance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience supporting the UK market is a plus.
