The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart
As HR Operations Specialist (3‑Month Contract), you will support key HR initiatives across the U.S. and Canada during a period of transformation, helping strengthen the employee experience and HR foundations.

Based in Stamford, CT | United States | Hybrid

 

Agility, Speed & Execution

This is a hands‑on role where you will take ownership, quickly assess priorities, and drive execution in a fast‑paced, international environment.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support HR and benefits platform transition, including PEO implementation and optimization.
  • Review and standardize HR policies, procedures, and employment practices across North America.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and align job descriptions with organizational and workforce planning needs.
  • Manage relationships with external HR providers and ensure smooth operational delivery.

 

Experience & Skills

  • 3–6+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. HR practices; Canada exposure is a plus.
  • Experience with benefits administration, PEOs, EORs, or HR vendors.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
