The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Marketing Manager – Americas, you will drive national marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, desirability, and revenue performance across the United States for a key product category (e.g. Feeding, Exploring, or Sleeping).
You will work cross-functionally with global marketing, digital, commercial, and product teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and strong commercial alignment.
Based in Stamford, CT | United States | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a commercially focused and data-driven role where you will translate insights into impactful marketing plans, execute campaigns across channels, and continuously optimize performance to deliver measurable results.
Main Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
- Implement the Americas marketing strategy aligned with global brand positioning and regional commercial priorities.
- Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Manage product ranging and distribution from a marketing perspective.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure strong product-market fit.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns, including product launches and brand initiatives.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all channels.
- Oversee local content development aligned with global guidelines.
Performance & Optimization
- Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance against key KPIs (ROI, awareness, traffic, conversion).
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategies.

Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience within premium consumer brands is preferred.
- Proven ability to execute marketing strategies in a regional context.
- Strong omnichannel marketing expertise (retail, digital, social, PR, and advertising).
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Independent, innovative, collaborative, and purpose-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, based in Stamford, CT (3 days in office).
