The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support and strengthen our U.S. organization, partnering closely with leaders to drive people, culture, and business priorities.

Based in Stamford, CT | United States | Open to permanent or interim (2–3 months)

Agility, Speed & Execution

A hands-on, high-impact generalist role in a fast-paced environment, combining strategic input with strong execution.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the final phase of team assessment and drive implementation and communication.
• Align organizational structure and build team capabilities.
• Partner with leadership on key people and business priorities.
• Support core HR areas: recruitment, HR operations, L&D, engagement, and organizational development.

The Ideal Profile

• Experienced HRBP/Generalist in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong in stakeholder management and organizational development.
• Hands-on, structured, and results-driven.
