The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Ecommerce Product & Merchandising Specialist, you will ensure all products are accurately set up, enriched, and optimized across Stokke.com to drive conversion, discoverability, and revenue growth.
You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle across digital channels, from PIM data management to merchandising and performance optimization.

Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where you will manage product data, drive merchandising excellence, and continuously optimize product performance across markets.
Main Responsibilities
Product Data Management (PIM)
- Manage and maintain product data (attributes, descriptions, imagery, specifications).
- Ensure high data quality, consistency, and completeness across markets.
- Optimize product attributes for filtering, search, and SEO.
- Collaborate with product marketing and supply teams to ensure product readiness.
Product Setup & Platforms (SFCC)
- Own product setup and configuration in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Manage variants, bundles, sets, and add-ons.
- Ensure correct category assignment and taxonomy alignment.
- Support product launches and updates across markets.
Merchandising & Product Visibility
- Define and manage product sorting and ranking across PLPs.
- Optimize cross-sell, upsell, and bundling strategies.
- Align product visibility with commercial priorities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with CRO and UX teams to enhance product presentation.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Optimize product titles, metadata, and descriptions for SEO.
- Ensure product data is structured for AI-driven search and discovery (AIO).
- Partner with Content teams to improve PDP storytelling and conversion.
The Ideal Profile
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You bring strong operational rigor and use data to drive improvements.
Collaborative & Execution-Focused: You work effectively across teams to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Skills
- 3–6+ years of experience in Ecommerce, digital merchandising, or product management.
- Strong experience with PIM systems and Ecommerce platforms (SFCC preferred).
- Solid understanding of product data modeling and merchandising logic.
- Experience with PLP merchandising, filtering, and search optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actions.
- High attention to detail and structured way of working.
Preferred:
- Experience in premium or international brands.
- Experience in multi-market / multi-language environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or MS Planner.
