The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Account Manager DACH Southwest, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with independent retailers and regional accounts across your territory. You will combine commercial ownership, retail excellence, and customer partnership to deliver sustainable growth while ensuring a premium consumer experience.
Based in Southwest Germany | Reporting to Regional Sales Manager DACH
Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a field-based commercial role where you will manage territory performance through data-driven decision making, customer development, retail execution, and training. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Shopper Excellence teams, you will bring Stokke's commercial strategy to life in the market.
Main Responsibilities
Account & Territory Management
- Own sales performance and deliver territory growth targets.
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with commercial objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with retailers and regional accounts.
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution, sales, and profitability.
Retail Excellence
- Ensure best-in-class product presentation and in-store execution.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Drive compliance with Stokke's premium retail standards.
Training & Customer Development
- Train and support retailer teams to strengthen product knowledge and conversion.
- Act as a brand ambassador within your territory.
Performance & Collaboration
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and reporting.
- Share market insights and collaborate across functions to maximize results.
The Ideal Profile

Experience & Skills
- 3 -5 years' of experience in field sales, account management, or a similar commercial role within consumer goods.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience working with retailers and driving business growth.
- Proficiency with Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and reporting tools.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Based in Southwest Germany and Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
