The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As B2B & Retail Solution Owner, you will own and continuously improve the business applications that support Stokke's retail, B2B, and sales operations.
You will work closely with Sales, Digital Retail, IT, and external partners to ensure the systems behind our retailer experience are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, coordinating stakeholders, and turning business requirements into practical solutions.

Main Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Improvement
- Own and enhance Stokke's B2B commerce platform and related sales applications.
- Drive continuous improvements to processes, user experience, and system performance.
- Support platform roadmaps, upgrades, and business initiatives.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Sales, Digital Retail, and other business teams to understand needs and identify opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear solutions and improvement plans.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external technology partners to deliver successful outcomes.
Systems & Process Optimization
- Support integrations between commerce, ERP, EDI, POS, and related business systems.
- Help improve operational efficiency through automation and better workflows.
- Monitor issues, prioritize enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Growth-Oriented: You may not be deeply technical today, but you're interested in learning more about systems, integrations, and digital platforms.
Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a business systems, business analyst, project coordination, process improvement, application support, or similar role.
- Experience working with business applications, digital platforms, or enterprise systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating projects, driving improvements, or acting as a key user/super user is highly valued.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Ecommerce, B2B platforms, ERP, CRM, POS, or related systems.
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, or business processes.
- Experience in retail, digital commerce, or customer-facing business environments.
