The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart

As Senior Manager Corporate Development & Transformation, you will help drive Stokke's strategic agenda by leading corporate development initiatives, driving M&A activities, and overseeing key transformation projects across the business.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will turn strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.

Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands | Reporting to Transformation Director

Agility, Speed & Execution

This is a highly visible role combining corporate development, transformation, and program management. You will work across functions and with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, execute business-critical initiatives, and drive long-term value creation.

Main Responsibilities

Corporate Development & M&A

  • Support acquisition, divestment, and integration activities.
  • Coordinate and/or lead due diligence workstreams across multiple functions.
  • Develop business cases, value creation plans, and strategic assessments.
  • Track integration progress, synergies, and key milestones.

Transformation & Strategic Projects

  • Drive key transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide programs.
  • Support governance, reporting, risk management, and benefit realization.
  • Monitor progress against strategic priorities and recommend corrective actions.

Leadership Team & Board Support

  • Prepare presentations, strategic analyses, and decision-making materials for the Leadership Team and Board.
  • Support executive stakeholders with business reviews, shareholder activities, and special projects.

The Ideal Profile

Strategic & Analytical: You enjoy solving complex business challenges and translating insights into clear actions.

Collaborative & Impact-Oriented: You build strong relationships across the organization and drive results through influence and execution.

Experience & Skills

  • Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or a similar field.
  • Experience supporting transactions, due diligence, integration planning, and value creation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
