The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart

As Global Digital Media Analyst (Maternity Cover), you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing Stokke's global digital media and Ecommerce measurement landscape. You will ensure accurate reporting, actionable insights, and strong data governance across markets while supporting data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Working closely with Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, IT, regional teams, and external agencies, you will help maximize media performance and ROI across paid and owned channels.

7-Month Fixed-Term Maternity Cover (starting October 2026)

Main Responsibilities

Performance Reporting & Analytics

  • Own global digital media reporting across markets.
  • Monitor campaign and website performance, including key media and conversion KPIs.
  • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Deliver clear, timely insights to regional and global stakeholders.

Insights & Optimization

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support campaign optimization and testing initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations to improve performance, ROI, and investment decisions.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Ensure consistent campaign tracking, tagging, and reporting standards across markets.
  • Support GA4, tagging, and measurement frameworks.
  • Maintain reporting documentation, KPI definitions, and data governance processes.
  • Help improve data visualization and reporting capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, IT, and regional teams.
  • Act as a key contact for analytics and reporting questions.
  • Support adoption of reporting tools, data literacy, and best practices across markets.

Analytical & Data-Driven: You are passionate about digital performance and enjoy transforming data into actionable insights.

Independent & Proactive: You can quickly understand existing processes, take ownership, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Collaborative & Curious: You work effectively with stakeholders across functions and are interested in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve analytics.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media analytics, performance marketing, or campaign measurement.
  • Strong experience with GA4 and digital marketing analytics.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, TikTok, affiliate platforms, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, media KPIs, and digital measurement.
  • Experience working with tracking, tagging, and data governance processes.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • SQL experience and familiarity with BigQuery, Databricks, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Experience working with AI-driven reporting and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing external agencies or consultants.
  • Additional language skills.
