E-Commerce Manager

This challenging role is the key digital/e-commerce interface for Korea and is known for outstanding expertise in the area of sales & operations for a local brand e-commerce store as well as for managing digital/e-commerce relationships with online retail partners and with online platforms. This position requires a strong commercial focus, deep digital understanding and outstanding communication skills.


Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the local Stokke Korea brand web-shop in close cooperation with the global eCommerce team and local marketing and Sales team
  • Manage the relationships and support online retail partners to deliver sustainable and profitable growth, ensure excellent operations and evolve the digital distribution
  • Develop and deliver online revenue and ROI objectives/KPI target according to budgets set each year
  • Develop the yearly strategy for the brand web-shop and for each online platform account and negotiate and manage budgets/targets for all local online platform accounts
  • Responsible for driving new customer acquisition across all channels and interfacing with HQ online marketing
  • Operations: ensure together with HQ and with external business partners operational excellence for the entire fulfilment process from purchase to payment to delivery
  • Analytics: track, measure, extract, and convert data into sharp insights that grow sales and that help to improve the customer experience



  • Minimum bachelor’s’ degree in relevant field (E Commerce/ Digital Marketing is preferred)
  • Solid relevant experience of at least 5 years in similar role within e-commerce and / or omni-channel environment with a proven track record
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Expert in working with and for online retail and/or online
  • Experienced to work in a very international, multicultural and diverse environment
  • Exceptionally strong focus on customers and sales – continually searching for ways to improve
  • Ability to utilize/create a scorecard, trend and SWOT analysis strategy to improve and upgrade
