We are currently seeking a temporary UX/Customer Journey Specialist to provide coverage for maternity leave for 12 months.

The UX/Customer Journey Specialist designs process management for Stokke online shops: & managing the whole user experience by delivering design & functionality briefs for an integrated and consistent experience in the interest of both our users and our business.

The position is located in Amsterdam.

Some of the key responsibilities are the following:

  • Functionality Curation: collaboration on what functionality should be delivered in the product and what will be kept out in the best interest of the user and business
  • Interaction Design: creating and communicating natural interactions and workflows to ensure a cohesive user experience
  • Design the “most fit for purpose” experiment to validate assumptions and select Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of experiments
  • Development methods: interacting with developers and external agencies to ensure efficient and effective delivery
  • Onboard & design the UX journey from new brands showcased on and on their own channels (e.g., by mutualizing user experience best practices across all shops
  • Analytics & Measurement: measuring whether designs are achieving outcomes and generate insights from available data
  • User Research and A/B testing: discovering who the users are, what they need, and how they solve their challenges, communicating such to the organization
  • Run NPS survey to evaluate consumer experience and prepare action plans with related stakeholders
  • UX Library and Documentation Management


  • University degree or academic qualification, preferably in the field of marketing, digital media or UX design, or comparable
  • Ideally a minimum of 4 - 5 years of UX / UI experience designing digital products end-to-end in Agile teams (Jira management)
  • Strong understanding and experience from working with E-Commerce platforms either on the agency side or from an international company
  • An extraordinary interest in the latest UX trends and know how to translate them into concepts that inspire our customers
  • Demonstrated proven track record in accelerating customer journey patterns and driving these successfully on a local, regional, and international scale
  • Deep knowledge of Product Design (UX) as well as a good understanding of customer interaction design patterns
  • Can work independently and result-oriented and can handle several projects at the same time
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user-centered research methods (e.g., interviewing, surveys, concept-testing, etc.)
  • Ability to derive insights from data sets
  • Strong ability to motivate, inspire and convey creative ideas, being comfortable in prototyping from sketches to digital wire-framing
  • Fluency in English
