WE HAVE SOME SEATS AVAILABLE

Take a big leap and join our brilliant team!

Stokke® is a Norwegian success story. Established in Ålesund in 1932, Stokke® today exclusively devotes itself to developing products for babies and young children, all designed in the best interest of the child. Tripp Trapp®, our iconic highchair since 1972, is the most important product. From this core, we have expanded our portfolio and now offer the most complete range of premium baby products globally.

Our unique and innovative solutions are sold worldwide. We are committed to creating high-quality products, designed not only for you and your child, but for your children’s children, and generations to come. Located in Ålesund and Oslo, with offices in Europe, the US, and Asia, we can also offer a truly international work environment.

In our pursuit to continually break barriers in innovation, manufacture, and logistics processes, we pledge our commitment to ensure the safety of your child and to protect and preserve your child’s environment. This is not just our belief at Stokke®: it is our vision, our mission, and our goal.

HERE WE GROW

Our brand slogan is not just meant figuratively. We are always looking for global talent that can identify themselves with our brand values and grow with us. We value people who are genuine, passionate, smart, focused, and responsible. Our values

We believe that our values define who we are, what we believe and what we stand for.
  • Keep growing
Unleashing the full potential of our people and business requires a nonstop pursuit of development and personal growth.
  • Better together
Collaboration is the foundation of every good idea, breakthrough and achievement. Everything we do becomes so much better when done as one.
  • Take responsibility
Every action we take is a deliberate and responsible choice to do right by our consumers, our people and our planet.
  • Pursue excellence
Ambitious goals become realities when we take accountability for our performance, learn from results and dare to push beyond our limits.

  • ONE STOKKE
We are a truly multinational team of over 400 people globally. With more than 30 diverse nationalities on board, the integration of our employees are a matter of course for the correct development of Stokke and our relationship with our different customers, business connections and colleagues.

We take pride in creating products that are high quality as well as fashionable for families around the globe and are built to last.
  • CHILD DEVELOPMENT
A child's early development is an important time that can have a large impact on their lives. We want to help children and parents alike to form a healthy relationship and mindset, and this is seen in our design philosophy. After all, the children of today are set to become the adults of tomorrow, and that is why we strive to promote bonding, closeness and exploration with every one of our products to help children grow into the best version of themselves that they can become.
  • SUSTAINABILITY - PROVIDING FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS
Our products are not only made to be used over several lifetimes, but we also want to ensure a safe and healthy planet for future children to grow up in. This is why we are doing our part in adopting sustainable practices for the production of our furniture & accessories, with much more to come.
  • LEARNING & DEVELOPING
Stokke® Academy is our very own internal training center for employees, new as well as existing. The aim is to train, develop and retain the best employees in the industry. New employees get a full two-day training course which helps to understand our company and products better. Our training team also offers a variety of courses throughout the year for all employees including product knowledge, sales and customer service training, with many more on the way.

Meet some of our employees

Working in such international environment allows me to develop myself both professionally and personally. It is a place where colleagues are more than just colleagues. How amazing is that over the lunch, you would be sitting next to people of all different nationalities? I love that I get to work with all these talented and motivated people, where your ideas and skills are highly appreciated and are growing day by day.
Suzana Tubic, Chemical Specialist & Safety Specialist
Working at Stokke make me feel as part of a Family. I tend to be very open with colleagues and over the past 12 years I have managed to build some solid friendship in my working environment. We all share the same values; we embrace diversity, and we strongly believe that everyone can add value to the organization.
Michel Stefanelli, Area Sales Manager EE & EME
Leading the Learning & Development department at Stokke allows me to provide the opportunity for our employees to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their jobs. With our internal Stokke Academy, we offer a wide range of learning opportunities - from an inspiring introduction program, virtual learning platform, workshops on Sustainability to more comprehensive programs on Commercial Excellence. For me, working at Stokke means to do whatever you can to bring out the best in yourself, and the people around you - for our customers and a better tomorrow.
Johan Thorell, Learning & Development Manager
Before joining Stokke, I knew the products for their high quality and longevity. From the beginning I was convinced that Sustainability is playing a key role for Stokke and I was keen to drive this initiative forward. I was glad to find a very open minded and accommodating company culture at Stokke. The high responsiveness and support from my colleagues made my start in Stokke very pleasant. I love to work in multicultural team and learn from people coming from different places. I particularly like that Stokke encourages and values feedback and proposals from everybody in the company.
